Monthly Zoom Session –
“You May Have Parkinson’s But
Parkinson’s Does Not Have To Have You”
This is a monthly motivational 60 mins session to promote emotional wellness and functional fitness so patients can live the fullest life possible.
WHEN: The second Thursday of every month at 11am PST, 2pm EST.
WHERE: Virtually on zoom and occasionally in person at a community center near you.
COST: There is no cost to attend but registration is required & you only have to register once.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Once you register, you will receive an email that has the zoom link to the sessions. On the second Thursday of every month at 11am PST and 2pm EST, just click on the link and you will join us along with many patients and family caregivers from different parts of the county. We will talk about how to take great care of yourself, how to cultivate emotional wellness and how to remain functionally fit so you can live the fullest life possible.
